Kandivli Education Society (“KES”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides the KES Alumni Portal (“Platform”) as a space for networking, engagement, and collaboration among its alumni, students, faculty, and users (“Users”).
The alumni directory is intended solely for fostering connections within the KES community. Information displayed is subject to user preferences and platform permissions.
Users must not use directory data for commercial solicitation, unauthorised communication, data extraction, or external dissemination.
Users are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism, integrity, and respect. Harassment, discrimination, abuse, misinformation, or misuse of the Platform is strictly prohibited.
Users are responsible for ensuring that content shared does not violate applicable laws, intellectual property rights, or community standards.
KES reserves the right to moderate content, restrict access, or take appropriate action in response to violations of this Policy.
Users acknowledge that all interactions on the Platform are between individuals. Kandivli Education Society does not assume responsibility for any user behaviour, including harassment, misconduct, or unlawful activity. Any such actions shall be the sole responsibility of the User involved.
