Kandivli Education Society (“KES”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides the KES Alumni Portal (“Platform”) as a digitally enabled system to support alumni engagement and institutional interaction for its users (“Users”).
The Platform operates through integrated technology infrastructure, systems, and service frameworks that support its functionality, performance, and scalability.
Certain aspects of the Platform, including hosting, performance, and feature availability, may depend on underlying systems and supporting frameworks.
While KES oversees the community and engagement aspects of the Platform, it shall not be held liable for technical disruptions, temporary unavailability, system limitations, or changes in functionality arising from such underlying systems.
