The Platform is intended to facilitate networking, communication, and engagement among Users. KES does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, opportunities, or communications shared on the Platform.
Any interactions, engagements, or transactions between Users are undertaken at their own discretion and risk. Users are advised to exercise independent judgment before relying on any information available on the Platform.
The Platform may depend on third-party systems, integrations, and service frameworks for its operation. Kandivli Education Society does not warrant the uninterrupted availability, security, or performance of such third-party systems.
KES shall not be liable for any disruption, data loss, or security incident arising from such third-party services.
KES shall not be responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from user interactions, including employment, business, or financial matters.
KES shall not be responsible for any content posted by Users or for any interactions between Users, including instances of harassment, misconduct, or unlawful behaviour. All such actions are solely attributable to the individuals involved.
